NO GO-LIVES! Pool parties are private for our event guests only. Please keep your event bracelet on all weekend. If it breaks, please bring us the broken one for replacement or an event fee will have to be paid for a new one. All rooms and suites are non-smoking, and strictly enforced. Best Western Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Beach Ale House, Fish Camp Grill, City of Cocoa Beach, FL, Nicole Gomez, and LUSCIOUS LOVE ENT LLC are Not liable for theft, injury, illness, or death.*
Not liable for postponement or cancellation of event in any manner, including due to weather or catastrophic situations. We reserve the right to refuse service and access to this event in its entirety, and payments can be rejected. All event fees are non-refundable. Please do not pay until you are 100% sure you can attend the event. Should you be removed from the event, you will also be removed from the location hotel property with no refunds.*
The hotel reserves the right to charge additional incidental fees in case of damage.*
Do not call hotel for reservations. All bookings are done through this site. Taxes are 12%, added to daily rates. Your card will be charged the first nights stay and is non refundable.
If it declines, you will have 24 hours to fix the situation for the charge to go through or your room will be released.
Once you book, you cannot downgrade your room type.*
Reminder, ALL rooms are non-smoking. The hotel will charge a $250 sanitization fee if any evidence of smoking inside. Please use your balcony with doors closed with an ashtray or cup of water. DO NOT flick ashes over balcony or throw your cigs over. If the hotel attempts to charge you this amount and your card is declined you will be banned from all future LUSCIOUS LOVE ENT LLC’S events and put into collections.*
The hotel will also charge a cleanup and damage fee for any rooms left in bad shape after event or any damage on property. Please clean it up before you leave. Also remove any decorations and use tape that does not take down paint or wallpaper. They will charge for repairs.*
For any questions or concerns after check in, please go to front desk. You will love this location! Lots of places within walking distance too. Grocery, Dunkin Donuts, liquor, souvenir shops and restaurants. There are nearby bike, scooter, motorcycle and car rentals.*
